Introducing, to the Santa Cruz community, the Ocean Street Apartments. Ocean Street Apartments will provide sixty-three much needed one, two, and three bedroom apartments for families earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI) for Santa Cruz County!
Conveniently located, near shopping, grocery, and just blocks from the ocean, this beautiful community will provide wonderful amenities including community laundry rooms, gym, a spacious and active community room featuring a kitchen, lounge and computer room; an outdoor courtyard, bike storage, and children's playground. Our community will feature a convenient elevator along with on-site parking! An on-site property manager will provide community oversight.
Each and every one of the apartments will include energy efficient appliances including --- a self-cleaning range, refrigerator for cost effective grocery shopping, a dishwasher with garbage disposal, and state-of-the art heating and central air conditioning! Most apartments include private patios or balconies with storage space.
Ocean Street Apartments is being developed in response to strong demand for affordable housing in Santa Cruz. Apartments will be reserved for individuals and families meeting income restrictions for Santa Cruz County. Income limits apply at the time of initial screening and qualification. These limits are updated periodically. Once income qualified, generally a household will remain income qualified.
